I think I've got this sorted, but not really sure. I'm confused as many of the rest of you. In the event this does make it to you in the blogosphere here's my idea... I work in a law firm and often continuous improvement efforts do not eventuate to more than a lightbulb moment, and the opportunities to learn from prior experience can walk out the door when someone changes jobs. A wiki could be a useful tool in addressing this issue, with information being able to be uploaded in real time, during the project rather than at the conclusion as an afterthought.
